Return & Refund Policy

At Lifted, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with exchanges or returns under the following conditions:


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • You received the wrong item, damaged product, or wrong size (if size exchange is available).

2. What’s Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used, washed, or worn items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. undergarments, if applicable)

3. Refund Policy

  • We offer refunds only in case of:
    • Damaged or defective products
    • Items not delivered and verified as lost by the courier
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa, within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Cash refunds are not provided for COD orders unless a verified issue has occurred.

4. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  2. Share your order number, reason for exchange, and clear pictures (if needed).
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our provided address.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship the replacement.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from our side.

6. Important Notes

  • Lifted reserves the right to reject any return if the item doesn’t meet our policy conditions.
  • Always record a video while opening the package in case of a damage claim.
