At Lifted, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with exchanges or returns under the following conditions:
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
- You received the wrong item, damaged product, or wrong size (if size exchange is available).
2. What’s Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used, washed, or worn items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. undergarments, if applicable)
3. Refund Policy
- We offer refunds only in case of:
- Damaged or defective products
- Items not delivered and verified as lost by the courier
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa, within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Cash refunds are not provided for COD orders unless a verified issue has occurred.
4. Exchange Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- Share your order number, reason for exchange, and clear pictures (if needed).
- Once approved, ship the item back to our provided address.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship the replacement.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from our side.
