  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is unavailable or listed incorrectly due to typographical or system error.

4. Orders & Payments

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and may introduce prepaid options in the future.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Lifted.
  • Providing false or incomplete information may result in cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Pakistan.
  • Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds are outlined on our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or wrong items.

  • All content on the website including logos, images, designs, and text is owned by Lifted and may not be used without permission.

8. User Conduct

  • Lifted is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled under Pakistani jurisdiction.
