Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Rate: Rs. 250 nationwide.

Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 3,000.

Delivery Time: 3–5 working days for major cities, 5–7 working days for remote areas. (No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays).

Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. Prepaid orders may be prioritized for faster processing.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled.

Exchange and refund policy

We want you to love your Lifted gear. If there’s a sizing issue or wrong item received, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:
Time Frame: Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Proof: Order ID or receipt must be shared.

Exchange Process:
Contact us via WhatsApp at [your number] within 3 days.
Once approved, our rider will collect the original product and deliver the replacement (where available).


Exchange shipping cost: Rs. 350 (customer pays), except in cases of defective or wrong items (brand covers).


Non-Exchangeable Items:
Discounted / Sale items.
Accessories such as bottles, socks, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons).


Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
You receive a defective product.
You receive an incorrect item that cannot be exchanged.
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash within 5 working days after the product is received and verified.
Delivery charges are non-refundable (except in case of faulty/incorrect item).
